3 \N | Eggs |
1 cup | Oil |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
2 teaspoons | Baking powder |
\N \N | 2 2-3/4 ts salt |
4 cups | Flour |
1 cup | Chopped almonds |
\N \N | Cinnamon |
Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil , vanilla. Then flour,salt, baking powder.
Mix thoroughly. Add almonds(1 cup miniature choc chips is nice also). Form into long loaves about ½" high (not too wide-they spread when baking) Bake in slow oven 350 for 20-25 minutes. Watch carefully. Slice and sprinkle generously w/cinnamon and brown in oven at 350 until desired doneness
