Brown rice amaranth bread

Measure Ingredient
---Small Loaf---
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Honey
½ cup Pecan halves
1 cup Semolina flour
1 cup Brown rice flour
¼ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Amaranth seed
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
1½ teaspoon Active dry yeast -Large Loaf---
1½ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Honey
¾ cup Pecan halves
2 cups Semolina flour
1½ cup Brown rice flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Amaranth seed
1¼ teaspoon Salt
4 teaspoons Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on your machine for this loaf.
