Broccoli crevette soup

| 1 | quart | Whole milk (with vitamin D) |
| 1 | cup | Heavy whipping cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry dill |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dry basil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| ½ | tablespoon | Ground white pepper (or to taste) |
