¼ cup | Butter, melted |
2 eaches | Tb brown sugar |
¼ teaspoon | Fresh grated nutmeg |
YIELDS: 8 SERVES
Preheat oven to 375oF. Line baking dish with aluminum foil. Arrange squash rings in single layer on foil. Prick with fork. Brush rings generously with bourbon. Let stand 5 mins. to absorb liquor. brush evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg. Bake until tender, about 20 mins. Serve immediately.
