Blackberry wine cake

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack White cake mix
4 \N Eggs
½ cup Oil
1 cup Blackberry wine
3 ounces Blackberry Jell-O
½ cup Pecans
1½ cup Powdered sugar
½ cup Blackberry wine


Combine ingredients, adding eggs one at a time. Grease heavily and flour Bundt pan. Sprinkle ½ to 1 c. nuts in bottom. Batter will be thin-pour over nuts. Bake 50-60 min. at 325.

Glaze: Mix and bring to a boil. Leave cake in pan and pour ½ mixture over cake. let stand 30 min. Turn out and pour reminder of glaze over cake. (After cake completely cooks, pour a little Blackberry Brandy over it--this is optional.) Submitted By WARING@... (SAM WARING) On
