1 medium | Yellow onion; diced |
3 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
½ bunch | Cilantro |
1 teaspoon | Cumin |
1 teaspoon | Dried basil |
1 \N | Bay leaf |
½ teaspoon | Chili flakes |
1 teaspoon | Oregano |
2 tablespoons | Salt |
Place ingredients in large stock pot. Cook at medium heat until done (about 1-½ hours). Add more water as necessary.
