Black beans - mission cafe

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Black beans
8 cups Water
1 medium Yellow onion; diced
3 \N Cloves garlic; minced
½ bunch Cilantro
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 \N Bay leaf
½ teaspoon Chili flakes
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Salt

Place ingredients in large stock pot. Cook at medium heat until done (about 1-½ hours). Add more water as necessary.
