| 3 | larges | Eggs | 
| ½ | cup | Buter, melted | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Anise extract | 
| 1 | large | Egg, separated | 
Directions
Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container. 
Biscotti: Preheat oven to 375. Combine mix with eggs, butter, anise and yolk from separated egg. Beat on low speed until dough is smooth.
