Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Italian white peach juice or peach nectar
1 dash Lemon juice
3 ounces Chilled champagne or sparkling wine
1 dash Black currant juice or grenadine

Pour chilled peach juice into champagne flute. Add dash of lemon juice (more if peach nectar is substituted) and dash of black currant juice or grenadine for color. Filled with chilled sparkling wine or champagne. Add fresh peach slice for garnish.
