Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Milk
¼ pounds Shortening
1 Egg
1 cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Soda

in saucepan put first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil, cool. Then stir in 1 egg, then the dry ingredients, mix in 2nd. cup of flour.

Bake at 350 for

45 min.
