Ingredients

2tablespoonsShortening
2slicesBacon; crumbled
6smallsWhite onions <or 1 onion in wedges>
6New potatoes peeled
2cansMushrooms; with liquid, <3 oz. cans>
½cupDry white wine <or chicken broth>
1tablespoonMinced parsley
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonPepper
1Bay leaf

Directions

Heat pressure cooker. Add shortening; brown steak. Add remaining ingredients. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.

Cook for 15 minutes (I think maybe this was a little too long...either that or my pressure cooker just took to long to get up to pressure). Let pressure drop of its own accord. Remove bay leaf. Thicken gravy, if desired.
