Bean, barley & sausage soup

| 1 | pack | Smoked Polish sausage,sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon | Salt |
| 1¾ | quart | Water |
| 1 | cup | Barley, regular |
| 2 | xes | Garlic cloves; peeled |
| 1 | x | Parsely sprigs |
Directions
Put rinsed beans in large saucepan. Add water, cover and let stand overnight. Drain off water the next day. Put beans, barley and remaining ingredients into a crock pot. Stir. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
