Bean & garlic dip 2

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Pinto Beans; *
¼ cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
1 Clove Garlic; Finely Chopped
1½ teaspoon Red Chiles; Ground
¼ teaspoon Salt
Pepper; Dash of

* Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.

Makes 2 cups of dip.
