Bay country crab soup

Ingredients

1largeOnion, chopped
2largesStalks celery, chopped
1poundsCan of tomatos
1tablespoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
teaspoonCayenne pepper
10ouncesPackage frozen mixed vegetables
1Pckg fresh or frozen mixed soup vegetables
1poundsMaryland crab meat
½poundsMaryland claw crabmeat

Directions

Put first 8 ingredients in a large pan and simmer, covered, until meat is very tender, about 3 hours. Add rest of ingredients and simmer, covered, until vegetables are done.

Makes about 5 quarts of soup.
