Basic loaf recipe for legumes

1cupLegumes; cooked
1cupBread crumbs, wheat germ or ground nuts
1cupLiquid--soymilk, tomato juice, etc.
Seasonings to taste--garlic, onions, etc

Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in 350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
