Barley water

Yield: 2 liters

Measure Ingredient
3½ ounce Barley
2⅛ quart Water
1 Fig
1 Lemon
2 tablespoons Honey
1 pinch Salt
1 can Applejuice

1.Cover the barley and the fig with water and cook for 1½ hour.
