Yield: 4 Servings
|1½ pounds||Boneless pork roast|
|¼ teaspoon||Freshly ground pepper|
|1 \N||Jar barbecue sauce; (18 or 19 oz.)|
|4 \N||Soft hamburger rolls|
|\N \N||Coleslaw; (optional)|
1. Heat oven to 325°F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 minutes per side.
2. Add barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1½ hours until pork is fork-tender.
3. Transfer pork to cutting board. Slice into thin pieces. Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Place rolls on serving plates.
Divide pork mixture and spoon into each roll..
