Barbecued chicken and corn bread stuffing

Ingredients

cupBoiling water
2tablespoonsMargarine
½teaspoonPaprika
1Stalk celery; chopped
3cupsPepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing; * see note
4Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
¼cupBarbecue sauce

Directions

1. Mix water, margarine, paprika and celery. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

Spoon into 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Arrange chicken over stuffing. Spoon barbecue sauce over chicken.

2. Bake at 400 degrees fro 35 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

*note-You can also use one package of Pepperidge Farm Honey Pecan corn bread top of stove stuffing mix instead. Mix vegetable/seasoning packet with water, margarine, paprika and celery.
