Barbecued salmon with basil

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil / OR
1 teaspoon Dried
4 Salmon steaks 6 - 8 oz each
Lemon wedges

Combine lemon juice, olive oil and basil, brush on both sides of salmon. Grill over medium hot coals 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with fork. Serve with lemon wedges.
