Banana-chocolate chip cookies (passsover)

1 | cup | Matzoh Farfel |
1 | cup | Matzoh Meal |
¾ | cup | Sugar |
⅓ | cup | Oil |
3 | eaches | Tb Cocoa Powder |
½ | each | Banana; ripe |
2 | eaches | Eggs |
1 | each | Tb Water |
1 | each | Tb Orange Marmalade |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
¾ | cup | Chocolate hips |
Directions

In food processor or blender, coarsely chop nuts. Transfer to large bowl. Add farfel and matzoh meal to processor bowl. Process 3 seconds. Transfer to bowl with nuts. In processor bowl, combine sugar, oil, cocoa, banana, egs, water, marmalade and salt. Process just until smooth. Transfer to bowl. Using fork, combine all ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teasponnfuls on to greased baking tray. Bake in preheated 350F oven about 20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Makes about 3 dozen.
