Yield: 4 Servings
|1 cup||Fresh raspberries|
|1 cup||Fresh blueberries|
|1 cup||Sliced banana; (about 1 large)|
|1||Carton; (8-oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt|
|¼ cup||Powdered sugar|
1. Wash berries, reserving a few for garnish. Place all fruit in a serving bowl.
2. In small bowl, combine yogurt ,powdered sugar and cardamon; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add to fruit; toss gently to mix thoroughly. Spoon into 4 individual dessert dishes; garnish with reserved berries.
Makes 4 (⅔-cup) servings.
This was brought in to me for my lunch treat it was really great.
