¼ cup | Minced shallots |
½ cup | Chicken broth |
¼ cup | Balsamic vinegar |
¼ teaspoon | Thyme |
1 tablespoon | Butter or margarine |
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat, 2 minutes. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook 5 minutes per side.
Transfer to platter and keep warm.
2. Add shallots to pan; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add broth, vinegar and thyme; cook, stirring, over high heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in butter. Pour over chops.
