Baked rockfish with ginger-lime sauce

Ingredients

1⅓ | pounds | Rockfish fillet |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Freshly ground black pepper to taste | ||
1½ | tablespoon | Margarine |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh ginger root -- grated |
2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
2 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
Directions
Place the fish fillets on a rack set in a pan (or use broiling pan), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
While the fish is cooking, melt the margarine in a small saucepan. Add the ginger, lime juice and ketchup. Stir until blended and hot.
Spoon sauce over fish and serve.
