Yield: 4 servings
|4||Skinless boneless chicken breast halves|
|3 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|1½ tablespoon||Red wine vinegar|
|3 tablespoons||Brown sugar|
|1||Clove garlic -- finely|
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly oil a glass baking dish large enough to hold chicken breasts in a single layer. Place chicken breasts in the dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot or cold.
