Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hamburger
1 cup Onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
12 ounces Salsa
1 cup Rice, Cooked
½ cup Nonfat Sour Cream
1 cup Nonfat Monterey Jack Cheese
\N \N Grated

Brown meat and onions in seasonings. Drain fat.

Mix remaining ingredients and top with cheese.

Microwave 5 minutes on medium high.
