Apple peanut butter sandwiches

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Granny Smith apple
¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
3 ounces Cream cheese -- softened
2 tablespoons Brown sugar -- packed
⅛ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Loaf
Soft white or wheat bread

Peel, core and slice apple with Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer. Chop sliced apple with Food Chopper. Combine all ingredients except bread in Batter Bowl. Place a scant tablespoonfulof filling in center of a piece of bread.

Cover with another slice. Cut and seal the 2 layers of bread with 3-inch Cut-N-Seal.
