Apple cinnamon riasin cookies^

cupApple juice concentrate
2tablespoonsBrown rice syrup
1teaspoonVanilla
1teaspoonCanola oil
2tablespoonsRaisins
1smallApple, peeled and diced
2tablespoonsGrape Nuts

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a cookie sheet with pam. Mix flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Add Egg Beaters, apple juice concentrate, brown rice syrup, vanilla and oil. Mix thoroughly. Add raisins, apples and Grape Nuts. Drop onto sheet by tablespoons. Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Store extra, (if there are any), in the refrigerator.
