This quick dessert can also be made with a large peach. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 medium apple, peeled and sliced Whipped cream or ice cream for garnish Serves 1 Place butter in 1-cup glass measure. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 10 sec. or until softened. Stir in sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon; set aside. Place apple slices in small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle oat mixture over apple. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 2-½ min. or until apple is tender, rotating dish once during cooking. Serve warm or chilled; garnish with whipped cream.
