1 | Glass Wine Vinegar | |
Coriander -- chopped | ||
Parsley -- chopped |
Directions
Heat together above ingredients over low heat, stirring continuously, for about 5 minutes. Above all, DO NOT allow the sauce to boil. Wash fish in plenty of salt water; wipe dry and baste inside and out with half the tchermila sauce. Roll the fish in flour, shake off excess, then place on an oiled baking tray and cook for 30 to 40 minutes in a moderate oven. Serve hot or cold with the remaining tchermila sauce reheated, and with lemon juice. Recipe By :
