Alligator sausage & crawfish casserole

Brown, drain
1poundsCrawfish tails
1poundsSmoked sausage -- sliced
2cupsConverted long-grain rice
10ouncesCn Rotelle tomatoes/w
Chiles
1canOnion Soup
1canBeef consomme
1bunchGreen onions -- chopped
1poundsMushrooms -- sliced
10millilitresGarlic -- minced
2Bay leaves
1tablespoonCreole seasoning
1tablespoonBlack pepper
¼poundsButter or margarine

Directions

Mix alligator sausage with remaining ingredients. Place in a covered casserole or pan and cook in preheated 350~ oven for 1 hour. After 30 minutes, stir well and continue cooking for the remaining time. Let cool, uncovered, for a few minutes and serve. Can serve 10-20.
