| 1 | cup | Spam, diced |
| 20 | ounces | Can pineapple chunks (reserve juice) |
Directions
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in 10 inch skillet. Add enough water to pineapple juice to measure 2¼ cups. Stir juice mixture, vinegar, catsup and soy sauce into skillet. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in pineapple chunks, onion and green pepper and diced Spam. Reduce heat and simmer until heated.
