Winter green salad with olives

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Orange Juice
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Chopped Drained Capers
½ teaspoon Dried Oregano
6 cups Mixed Winter Greens
½ cup Pomegranate Cells
3 tablespoons Chopped Olives
2 tablespoons Pine Nuts, Toasted



Vinaigrette: Combine all ingredients in a jar; cover and shake vigorously.

Salad: Toss greens, pomegranate cells, olives and vinaigrette in a large bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
