Winner's circle layered cake

Yield: 32 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ cup Cold milk
3 packs (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling; French vanilla or vanilla flavor
4 ounces Cool Whip whipped topping; thawed
4 packs (4-serving size) Jell-O brand gelatin; strawberry flavor
3 cups Boiling water
2 cups Cold water
\N \N Ice cubes
2 cups Blueberries
2 cups Sliced strawberries

POUR milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping; chill.

DISSOLVE ½ of the gelatin in 1-½ cups of the boiling water. Combine 1 cup of the cold water and ice cubes to make 1-½ cups. Add to dissolved gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in ½ of the blueberries and strawberries. Spoon into 4-quart bowl. Chill 15 minutes or until thickened. Meanwhile, prepare remaining gelatin as directed above. Stir in remaining fruit.

TOP gelatin mixture in serving bowl with ½ of the pudding mixture, then remaining gelatin mixture. Chill 15 minutes or until thickened. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and additional fruit, if desired.
