Willie g's oyster bar trash

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Unsalted butter; clarified
4 ounces Jumbo lump crab meat
5 ounces Peeled and deveined shrimp
Blackening seasoning
White rice

Heat a cast iron skillet. Add 1 - 2 oz. of clarified butter. Add shrimp and cook until halfway done. Add crab meat and sprinkle with blackening seasoning. Mix shrimp and crab meat together. Spoon onto a plate serve with white rice. Serves 2.
