Watercress~ peach & raisin salad

1 | small | Bunch watercress washed and trimmed |
1 | large | Peach; skinned and stoned |
40 | grams | Raisins |
1 | medium | Crisp lettuce; trimmed, washed and shredded |
A few radicchio leaves torn into small pieces | ||
3 | tablespoons | Orange vinaigrette |
Directions
Chop the watercress and cut the peaches into small cubes. Combine all the ingredients and dress in the orange vinaigrette.
