Watercress~ peach & raisin salad

Ingredients

1smallBunch watercress washed and trimmed
1largePeach; skinned and stoned
40gramsRaisins
1mediumCrisp lettuce; trimmed, washed and shredded
A few radicchio leaves torn into small pieces
3tablespoonsOrange vinaigrette

Directions

Chop the watercress and cut the peaches into small cubes. Combine all the ingredients and dress in the orange vinaigrette.
