Vermont spring chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chicken, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs., cut up
½ cup Butter, melted
½ cup Maple syrup
½ teaspoon Grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Of pepper
¼ cup Almonds, chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
