1 each Vegetable Mixture (seperate recipe)

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut crusts off bread. Roll each flat with a rolling pin. Put about 1 tablespoon filling in center of 1 slice bread. Fold bread carefully Spray a baking sheet with Pam and place turnovers on it. Bake 10 minutes. Spray turnovers lightly with Pam and broil 4" from heat 3-4 minutes or until sl Variation: For a complete meal, serve with a bowl of chili.
