Vegan chicken broth mix

Measure Ingredient
1⅓ cup Nutritional yeast flakes
3 tablespoons Onion powder
2½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2½ tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Celery seed
2½ tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons Dried parsley



Blend "A" to a smooth powder in a blender, shaking several times to redistribute. Add "B".

Store in container with a tight-fitting lid. Use at ratio of one teaspoon per cup of hot water.
