Upside down supper

Ingredients

cupCooked ham; cubed
1cupCooked lima beans
10ouncesCreamed corn; canned
4ouncesLowfat cheddar cheese; grated-1 cup
2tablespoonsMinced onion
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
cupBisquick® baking mix
cupCornmeal
1Egg
¼cup1% low-fat milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and worcestershire sauce. Put into a greased 1½ quart casserole. Cover and bake 15 mins. Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to the edge of casserole. Bake uncovered 20 mins.

Cut into wedges, invert each onto plate.
