Traditional kirschwasser swiss cheese fondue

3 | tablespoons | Gruyere & emmenthaler Swiss cheeses |
Touch of nutmeg | ||
Generous grating of black pepper | ||
¼ | ounce | Kirschwasser |
Directions
Pour wine in fondue pot (or double boiler) and heat until it steams. Next, add garlic, lemon juice, cheeses, nutmeg, fresh pepper and kirschwasser.
