Ingredients

| 1 | large | Broccoli, chopped |
| 1 | large | Carrot, diced |
| 10 | ounces | Chicken broth |
| 10 | ounces | Water |
| ½ | cup | Miracle whip salad dressing |
| 2 | cups | Old cheddar cheese, shredded |
| Reserve 6 flowerettes for garnish. | ||
Directions
Cook vegetable in broth and water until tender. Let cool 10 minutes.
POur into blender. Process until smooth; return to saucpan. Whisk in salad dressing and cheese. heat over low heat to melt cheese. Do NOT BOIL. Garnish with broccoli. Makes 6 servings. Origin: Kraft What's Cooking magazine, 9th issue. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Oct/94.
