Tomato-basil broth

1tablespoonChopped shallots
2tablespoonsChopped basil
1teaspoonChopped garlic
1cupVery small diced and seeded tomatoes
Salt pepper to taste
Olive oil

Directions

In a sauce pan saute shallots in olive oil until transparent. Add basil, garlic and tomatoes and cook for approximately two minutes. Add stock and adjust seasoning. Serve with three raviolis.
