Penne with tomato and brie

Ingredients

2cupsPenne pasta
½cupHidden Valley Original Ranch Creamy Dressing
2largesTomatoes, coarsely chopped
1cloveGarlic, minced
2tablespoonsChopped fresh basil or 1 ts dried
¼teaspoonPepper
6ouncesBrie cheese

Directions

Cook penne according to package directions.

Meanwhile, combine dressing, tomatoes, garlic, basil and pepper. Remove as much rind from Brie as possible and discard. Coarsely chop Brie and stir into tomato mixture.

Drain penne, return to saucepan. Add tomato mixture and heat over medium heat, stirring just until cheese melts. Serves 4 Tip: Instead of Brie, substitute mozzarella cheese. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@...
