Tomaot and hot green pepper salad, essaouira style

4largesTomatoes, peeled, seeded & cubed
4Green bell peppers, grilled, seeded & diced
1Cucumber, peeled, centre core removed & diced
1tablespoonChili peppers, seeded & dice
Salt & pepper
1tablespoonLemon jiuice
3tablespoonsOlive oil
2tablespoonsParsley, chopped
¼teaspoonCumin
2Garlic cloves, chopped

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & blend gently. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
