Toasted pumpkin seeds #1

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Pumpkin seeds from 1 pumpkin
1 teaspoon Garlic salt and/or Lawry's seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Cavender's Greek seasoning
2 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350ø. Remove large fibers from pumpkin seeds. DO NOT WASH SEEDS. Mix ingredients together and add to pumpkin seeds, coating well.

Arrange seeds on a cookie sheet with edges. Bake at 350ø for 15 minutes or until crisp. Stir occasionally. LINDSEY WATSON ALLEN
