Tiramisu ice cream

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
25 grams Caster sugar
3 tablespoons Strong black coffee
1 \N 425 gram car ready to serve custard
1 \N 250 gram tub mascarpone
100 grams Amaretti biscuits; roughly
\N \N Crumbled
3 tablespoons Marsala
\N \N To decorate - plain chocolate

1 Mix the coffee and sugar together. Stir all the time until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the mascarpone and custard together until smooth.

2 Freeze for an hour until ice crystals begin to form. Whisk the mixture until smooth and freeze again for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the marsala over the amaretti biscuits and stir into the frozen mix. Freeze for another hour or until firm. Decorate with curls of chocolate.
