Ingredients

25gramsCaster sugar
3tablespoonsStrong black coffee
1425 gram car ready to serve custard
1250 gram tub mascarpone
100gramsAmaretti biscuits; roughly
Crumbled
3tablespoonsMarsala
To decorate - plain chocolate

Directions

1 Mix the coffee and sugar together. Stir all the time until the sugar has dissolved. Mix the mascarpone and custard together until smooth.

2 Freeze for an hour until ice crystals begin to form. Whisk the mixture until smooth and freeze again for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the marsala over the amaretti biscuits and stir into the frozen mix. Freeze for another hour or until firm. Decorate with curls of chocolate.
