Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Processed Cheddar Cheese |
| ¾ | cup | Light cream |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 4 | slices | Bread |
| 1 | each | Cut cheese into thin slices and place them in top of a double boiler. |
| 2 | eaches | Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cook over medium heat, |
| Stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted. | ||
| 3 | eaches | Toast 4 slices of bread and place each slice on a separate plate. |
| 4 | pounds | Some of the hot melted cheese mixture over each piece of toast. |
