1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonDry mustard
4slicesBread
1eachCut cheese into thin slices and place them in top of a double boiler.
2eachesAdd cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cook over medium heat,
Stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted.
3eachesToast 4 slices of bread and place each slice on a separate plate.
4poundsSome of the hot melted cheese mixture over each piece of toast.
