|⅓ cup||Tapioca -- quick|
|1 cup||Coconut milk|
Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Stir in sugar and salt.
Add tapioca and return to a boil. Stir in coconut milk.
Reduce heat to low. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened. Serve warm or cold.
