3Garlic cloves; crushed
2tablespoonsScallions; chopped fine
2tablespoonsCoriander; chopped
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonPepper, white, ground
1tablespoonCornstarch
1Egg; beaten
2cupsOil, vegetable; for frying

Directions

Cut tofu into 1" cubes, scoop center of each cube out, set aside to outer shells. Mix scooped out tofu, pork, garlic, scallion, coriander, salt, pepper, cornstarch and egg. Stuff back into tofu shells. Heat oil in wok over medium heat, deep fry the stuffed tofu until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Nam Chim Priew Waan (recipe).
