Tantalizing tempeh dinner

Ingredients

½ounceDulse, dry
3ouncesChickpeas; cooked
3ouncesSoybean sprouts
3ouncesBroccoli flowerets; in bite- size pieces
3ouncesTempeh; cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2tablespoonsSoy oil
1teaspoonOnion; minced
1teaspoonFresh chives; chopped
¼teaspoonSalt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x8 baking pan with soy oil. Soak and rinse dulse 2 or 3 times in cold water. Combine with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
