½ | cup | Unbleached Flour |

2 | teaspoons | Sugar (Optional) |
1 | x | Other Half Green Chilies |
12 | ounces | Tomatoes |
1 | each | Clove Garlic, Chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
3½ | ounce | (1/2 7oz can) Green Chilies |
½ | cup | Cornmeal |
1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
2 | tablespoons | Oil |
½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
TOPPING
Brown meat in skillet. Add remainging ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Pour into a 4-qt casserole. Top with cheese. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over the top of meat and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F.
for 30 minutes (or until topping is done).
