| 1 | cup | Grated Mild Cheese |
| ½ | cup | Unbleached Flour |
| 1 | x | Dash Salt |
| 2 | teaspoons | Sugar (Optional) |
| 1 | x | Other Half Green Chilies |
| 12 | ounces | Tomatoes |
| 1 | each | Clove Garlic, Chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 3½ | ounce | (1/2 7oz can) Green Chilies |
| ½ | cup | Cornmeal |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| ½ | cup | Milk |
Directions
TOPPING
Brown meat in skillet. Add remainging ingredients and simmer 20 minutes.
Pour into a 4-qt casserole. Top with cheese. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over the top of meat and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F.
for 30 minutes (or until topping is done).
